A Thoughtful Transition In Care Effective October 2026

  • To provide the highest level of individualized care, Women’s Wellness Works, is transitioning away from direct insurance participation. This change allows for greater flexibility in treatment planning, appointment scheduling, and the overall patient experience – free from many of the restrictions and administrative requirements that can influence healthcare delivery. Our focus remains on providing thoughtful, patient-centered care tailored to your unique needs and goals.

  • We recommend contacting your insurance plan by calling the Member’s Services number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about your Out-of-Network benefits including the deductible and what percentage of services may be reimbursed after your deductible is met.

  • Upon completion of a visit, a superbill (detailed receipt) will be generated that can be emailed to you directly or provided to you at a subsequent appointment.  Superbills contain all of the necessary information required for you to self-submit to your insurance.

  • If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you may use those funds for our services. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.

  • Medicare Patients: We are presently NOT enrolled with Medicare and cannot submit claims to Medicare at this time.
