Accepted Insurance Plans
We are “Participating Providers” for the following Health Insurance Plans:
- CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
- Tricare PPO Plans Only
- Tricare Standard
- Tricare Prime (requires authorization and referral from PCP)
- Tricare for Life
- Cigna (Out-of-Network Provider for PPO plans)
- United HealthCare (Out-of-Network Provider for PPO and POS plans)
- GEHA United Health Integrated Services (Out-of-Network Provider for PPO plans)
Please contact our office to verify if we participate with your insurance plan. We will contact your insurance company to provide you with a detailed outline of your benefits and financial responsibility so that you can make the best decision based on your finances. We will submit claims for all insurance plans, both in-network and out-of-network. We suggest that you also contact your insurance company to obtain this information as you are ultimately responsible for services provided. Please note that verification of benefits DOES NOT guarantee payment.
